About Libby Ward

Libby Ward is an aspiring Video Designer and a recent graduate of Guildford School of Acting.

Though having reduced work during the pandemic, she completed some studio design experiments alongside starting her line of theatre architecture illustrations. Following being Associate Video Designer to Nina Dunn on Extinct, Libby is eager to take on more Associate or Assistant roles, in order to expand her knowledge surrounding video design in larger venues.

As well as the design and programming credits already listed, Libby also completed a month long at The National Theatre in the Video department, on the production My Brilliant Friend. She also has west end followpsot experience on Motown and Wicked. With a broad knowledge of the technical theatre industry, Libby also feels comfortable tackling low level lighting roles as well as stage management roles, such as Deputy Stage Management.

'I was very impressed with her knowledge of QLab, but more than that was her positive attitude - nothing was too much trouble. She was a great team member and I do look forward to working with her again'

Declan Randall

'She took on the role of video production and went way beyond her brief in putting together this material for the show. I don’t think I could have developed the show in the way we did had it not been for her hard work. She took incredible care and was outstanding '
